This scene was rendered with Mental Ray in 3dsmax..It took me 15 minutes to achieve this look with a dual Xeon 3.0 and 2 gb rams.My aim was to have soft shadows with a photorealistic look , there is no HDR in this scene.Here is a small making-of which was featured in Autodesk Area... http://area.autodesk.com/learning/tutorials/details/5186/
